Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: September 2025

1. Customer-Initiated Cancellations

  • More than 48 hours before trip: 80% of the paid amount will be refunded.
  • 24–48 hours before trip: 50% of the paid amount will be refunded.
  • Less than 24 hours before trip: No refund will be provided.

2. Company-Initiated Cancellations

  • If Mona Travels cancels the trip due to unforeseen circumstances (vehicle issues, driver unavailability, or emergencies), full payment will be refunded to the customer.

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for booking.
  • Refund processing may take 3–7 business days depending on the bank/UPI service.

4. Non-Refundable Charges

  • Any additional services already used (like toll charges, parking fees, or extra stops) will not be refunded.

5. Modifications

  • Trip dates can be rescheduled subject to availability, and any additional charges will be applied if applicable.
  • Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

6. Important Notes

  • Customers are advised to read and understand the cancellation policy before making a booking.
  • By booking with Mona Travels, the customer agrees to this cancellation policy.
