More than 48 hours before trip: 80% of the paid amount will be refunded.
24–48 hours before trip: 50% of the paid amount will be refunded.
Less than 24 hours before trip: No refund will be provided.
2. Company-Initiated Cancellations
If Mona Travels cancels the trip due to unforeseen circumstances (vehicle issues, driver unavailability, or emergencies), full payment will be refunded to the customer.
3. Refund Process
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for booking.
Refund processing may take 3–7 business days depending on the bank/UPI service.
4. Non-Refundable Charges
Any additional services already used (like toll charges, parking fees, or extra stops) will not be refunded.
5. Modifications
Trip dates can be rescheduled subject to availability, and any additional charges will be applied if applicable.
Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
