1. Booking & Payment

  • All bookings will be confirmed only after advance payment.
  • Full payment must be completed before the start of the trip.
  • Payment can be made via UPI / Bank Transfer / Cash.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

If cancelled by the customer:


  • More than 48 hours before the trip – 80% refund.
  • Between 24–48 hours before the trip – 50% refund.
  • Less than 24 hours before the trip – No refund.
  • If cancelled by Mona Travels – full amount will be refunded.

3. Vehicle & Driver Policy

  • Vehicle will be provided as per the booking details only.
  • Clean vehicle and punctual driver will be ensured.
  • In case of technical issues or emergency, an alternate vehicle will be arranged.

5. Data Security

  • Mona Travels uses industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information.
  • We take reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse of your data.

4. Customer Responsibility

  • Smoking, drinking alcohol, or carrying illegal items inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited.
  • Any damage/loss caused to the vehicle will be the responsibility of the customer.
  • Customers must follow traffic rules and local laws.

5. Liability

  • Mona Travels will not be responsible for loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings during the trip.
  • Travel insurance (if required) will be the responsibility of the customer.

6. Privacy

  • Customer’s personal information (name, contact number, address) will only be used for booking and service purposes.
  • Mona Travels will not share customer data with any third party.

7. Dispute Resolution

  • In case of any dispute, mutual settlement will be preferred first.
  • If required, legal jurisdiction will be Deoghar, Jharkhand only.
